I was born and raised in Orlando. After working in corporate retail for over twenty years, I pursued my passion for health and an active lifestyle by helping others as a Massage Therapist.
With twenty years of experience as a massage therapist, I've developed a unique approach by combining several modalities of massage therapy, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Sports massage, Thai massage, Myofascial, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Cranial Sacral massages. My practice is centered around massage sports therapy, where I integrate therapeutic stretching therapy, active isolated stretching, and muscle release techniques for a comprehensive and effective treatment.
I value an active lifestyle, and I enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking, stretching, and playing guitar, the drums, and the flute. I'm married to Celia, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Success and Life Coach, and Running Coach. Our beloved furbabies complete our family: R2-D2, an energetic Jack Russell; Loki, a mix-terrier; and Odin, a zen master cat.

M.R.T. and A.I.S. modalities are stretching techniques that involve rhythmic active stretching for 2 seconds in all angles while coordinating with the breath. These modalities activate the opposite muscle being stretched, which helps to relax the pulled muscle and lengthen it. The muscle is lengthened without contracting (stretch reflex), the body's natural defense mechanism. If a stretch is held for more than 3 seconds, it triggers the stretch reflex, causing the muscle to tense up, strain the tendons, reduce circulation, and create muscle memory of a contracted state, which is not very therapeutic.
My extensive expertise in this field empowers me to provide comprehensive bodywork by breaking up scar tissue, restoring circulation, releasing tension and lactic acid, and freeing up the joints. My techniques lead to greater flexibility, immensely benefiting anyone seeking muscle and joint pain relief.
In a bodywork session, I analyze each client's needs to determine tension areas and develop a personalized plan that teaches clients how to maintain the progress achieved. The aim is to provide the most effective therapy possible in the time allowed.
