 I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Compassion Key® Practitioner, Integration & Mindfulness Coach, and RRCA Running Coach.

But more than anything, I know what it feels like to reach a point where life no longer feels aligned.

After years of working in the legal and insurance fields, I realized I was disconnected from my deeper purpose, my wellness, and the life I truly wanted to create. I had spent too much time pushing through, staying busy, carrying emotional weight, and trying to convince myself that burnout was normal.

 Since my mom's passing, I've endured immense pain. Hypnotherapy has been a powerful healing journey, enabling me to feel more connected to myself and The Other Side and to create a new sense of purpose. 

Through my own healing journey — including grief, self-awareness, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, running, and inner transformation — I learned that we do not have to hold on to emotional wounds– or stay trapped in old beliefs, fear, and patterns that no longer serve us. Now, I help others restore, transform, and thrive.
